Minex Central Asia 2010: Central Asia’s Mining & Exploration Forum

The inaugural annual Minex Central Asia Forum and Exhibition will be held on 16-18 March 2010 at the Radisson SAS hotel in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.

Minex Central Asia aims to become a prime annual Mining event for Kazakhstan and Central Asian Region through providing a platform designed to facilitate international dialogue between companies, investors and government with the aim to encourage investment, sustainable development and improvement of efficiency of mining in the Central Asian region.

The forum is organized by MINEX partnership and the Kazakh British Chamber of Commerce and is supported by the Government of Kazakhstan, National Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises and major international and Kazakhstan companies: Samruk Holding, National Mining Company of Kazakhstan “Tau-Ken Samruk”, SRK Consulting, IMC Montan, Wardell Armstrong International, PricewaterhouseCoopers, American Appraisal, , Kazatomprom, Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation, Kazahmys, Kazakhgold, Atomredmetzoloto (ARMZ), Polymetal, Kazakhgold, ERM Eurasia, Micromine, Bateman Engineering, Stewart Group, Rio Tinto, Uranium One, CAMECO, NUKEM, Mincom and others.
