Master Classes Registration Fees

10% discount applies when three or more delegates are registered from the same company.

  2. Complete, date, sign and save the form as PDF or scanned (JPEG format) document.
  3. Email the form or multiple forms to .
  4. Receive and pay the invoice.
  5. Receive final delegate confirmation letter.

Terms of booking

You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration form. Please call us on + 44 (0) 207 520 9341 in case you do not receive confirmation within stated period.>

Cancelations: Cancelations received in writing before 12 March 2010 will be subject to administration charge of 65 GBP. Full conference fees are payable in the event of cancelation on 13 March 2010 or thereafter. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time free of charge (providing the delegate has Kazakh entry visa).

NB: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the event organisers to alter the contents of the agenda, timing, names of speakers or venues.  All changes will be regularly advertised on the event website or via email. In case of unlikely event cancelation delegate fees will be repaid in full. NB: The forum registration fees do not include Kazakh visa fee, hotel/span>accommodation, air travel, airport transfers. 10% Group Discount applies when registering 3 or more delegates.
